3) Todays Menu
AM ~ 1cup digestive health tea, 1cup black coffee, slice 7 grain toast w/raw honey, 3 prunes, 3 strawberries (boiled egg optional)
Noon ~ fresh pineapple, rice & veggie stir fry
Dinner ~ Homemade roasted butternut squash soup, 7 grain bread (if you are a meat eater add a few ounces of your favorite meat, I suggest roasted turkey)
Dessert ~ Kefir and fresh peach smoothie
