My parents love music. I love the music that played while I was in the womb. The music that played in the background of my youth while I was laying in the floor with my toys. I love the music that played in the distance while I lay in bed at night. Let’s not forget the music that played on the car radio while we fought with our siblings in the backseat. It is the soundtrack to life.
I listened to music more than watched tv in the 1960’s and early 1970’s. The small black and white televisions in most homes didn’t give you the mental stimulation that music did and it was all around us.
